Refund Policy for Tuition Fees
In the event that a student does not come to Canada, or decides not to attend, or to leave the International Program for personal reasons, only a portion of the paid tuition fee will be refunded. In all cases, the application fee will be retained to cover administrative expenses. The following refund policy will apply for each student:
Full refund, less a $500 administration fee, will be given if Canadian Immigration does not approve a student study permit. To obtain this refund, immediate contact must be made with Campbell River Schools International by email or fax. In addition the student must submit a formal written request, which must include the letter of rejection from Immigration Canada.
Two-thirds (2/3) refund will be given when a student withdraws before the intended start date of the program.
One-half (1/2) refund of remaining fees will be given when a student withdraws within 30 days of commencement of the program.
No refund will be granted to a student who withdraws from the program after 30 days from the start of the program or who is found to be in violation of the Program Participation Agreement and is withdrawn from the program.
Students enrolled in studies in the September of a given school year have until September 30 to change their status from fee-paying to non fee-paying by submitting proof of landed immigrant or other valid status. After September 30, no refund will be given.
Refund Policy for Homestay Fees
In the event that a student decides to leave the International Program early, two weeks notice must be given to the homestay coordinator.
